This spatula tool is heavy duty! It's made of 12 gauge, kitchen grade stainless steel. It has a full-tang micarta handle that is dishwasher safe and a heavy-duty metal loop for hanging on your grill or smoker. It weighs 1.86 pounds making it heavy enough to be used as a steak weight or bacon press.
